Sagittarius recipe

recipe is a good choice.
Oriental Prawn & Cashew Stir Fry
Serves 2

15ml (1tbsp) vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
100g (4oz) cooked shelled prawns
125g (41/2oz) cashew nuts
200g (7oz) bean sprouts
1 red pepper, cored, de-seeded and
cut into strips
125g (4½oz) baby sweetcorn
1 courgette, cut into strips
30ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce
30ml (2 tbsp) dry sherry
Juice ½ lemon
15g (1 tbsp) sesame oil
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic
    and cashew nuts for a few minutes until golden.
  2. Add the prawns and vegetables and stir fry for about 5
    minutes until tender.
  3. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over.
  4. Toss until well mixed and serve immediately.
